Abstract

Mucinous cystadenoma (MC) of the ovary by definition is a unilateral, multilocular cystic and benign epithelial tumor. We report here a successful surgical management of a large mucinous cystadenoma misdiagnosed as a large uterine fibroid first in a pregnant woman.
