Abstract

Fatigue is a necessary and measurable part of training and competition, and is considered a possible culprit for injury and performance incompetence. Athlete fatigue is a growing interest in sport, and managing training load and prescribed rest is a priority with support staff. Fatigue is a complex interaction of lifestyle, training, emotional health, and environmental factors.
